The position

Job description

You are joining the Human Resources team and will be responsible for supporting growth through talent recruitment and our various projects.

You will be trained to attract & hire the best profiles (Engineers, Researchers…). You will manage our internships/apprenticeships campaigns and work in tandem with our Talent Acquisition Officer on our permanent recruitment:

Recruitment:

  • Realize candidates sourcing & direct approachs,

  • Interview candidates (screening, online/onsite interview),

  • Follow the recruitment process,

  • Manage onboardings (organizing seminars and following up with employees).

Talent management:

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions on talent management and be able to propose ideas to improve our conditions,

  • Contribute to the development of job descriptions.

School relations & employeer branding:

  • Identify key actions to develop partnerships with target schools,

  • Organize and participate in school forums,

  • Recruit interns and apprentices and monitor their progress,

  • Communicate our HR policy externally (LinkedIn, printing, social media, events).


Preferred experience

You are pursuing a Master’s degree (Bac+4/5) in Human Resources and are looking for an apprenticeship. You ideally have a first experience in recruitment, sales or any other relevant domain.

You are fluent in English, allowing you to interact with every member of our teams and international profiles candidates.

You are recognized for your dynamism, responsiveness, and proactivity.

You are flexible, with excellent adaptability, enabling you to work on various projects and interact with different people.

You have great listening skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and can establish trust-based relationships.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, writing abilities, and are empathetic.

You demonstrate curiosity and are capable of quickly developing autonomy.
