About this opportunity
You will have the opportunity to work in a team of 3 people with experience in payroll and human resources management. The position is based in Massy (91). Payroll assistants must ensure that social and labour law is applied (remuneration, working hours, holidays, collective agreements, etc.). They must have good communication skills to deal easily with their stakeholders. 

You’ll get the opportunity to 
Showcase your skills in a variety of areas:

  • Personnel administration :The job also involves a lot of administrative management (DPAE, declaration prior to hiring, management of health insurance, portability, monitoring of absences, leave, amendments to employment contracts, Preparing various letters and certificates, Updating HR procedures, etc.

  • Payroll Management : management termination, calculation of compensation and final settlement, checking payslips.

  • SIRH Management: use of various Information System tools (time management Kélio, management of the HR tool Group Succès Factor, etc …).


Preferred experience

Key skills

  • Master’s degree in HR, law or personnel administration

  • A level of 3- or 4-years’ study after the baccalauréat is required to be able to apply.

  • Theoretical knowledge of employment law.

  • Comfortable with IT tools (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and social networks.

  • French and English are mandatory.

  • Initial experience  in HR is desirable.

  • Be rigorous and methodical and have good interpersonal skills.

  • Be a good listener and enjoy working with figures.

  • Discretion and a sense of confidentiality.
