iDealwine is looking for a person who is ready to take its rapid development in the US to the next level. This involves ensuring a perfectly smooth customer experience from the first visit on the website to the final delivery, developing iDealwine brand awareness in the US and creating new business opportunities. The job is mostly remote, will be based in the US (exact location depending on the candidate) with an obligatory training period in Paris. Frequent travel is required.

·         Sales & Account Management

o   Managing our existing customer base. Proactive customer service and close business relationship with clients is essential in the fine wine business.

o   Welcoming & recruiting new customers.

·         Logistics:

o   Planning, coordinating and consolidating shipments to the US. 

o   Improving our logistics and supply chain in the US.

o   Resolving all logistical challenges

·         Marketing:

o   Event management: organising a range of events (wine fairs, wine tastings, wine clubs, client dinners, client presentations) and sourcing new events. A-Z events organisation: logistics, wine pouring and presentation.

o   brand partnership and advertising: creation of partnerships, measuring efficiency of marketing campaigns with the help of the international team


Profil recherché

  • Fluent in English (mother tongue) and excellent French (minimum B2, highly proficient business French, previous experience working in French preferred)

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience

  • Strong academic degree (preferably Master’s level with a business, marketing, communications, sales or wine-focused degree)

  • Must have the right to work in the US

  • Fine wine business previous experience and genuine interest in wine tasting are essential.

  • Knowledge about the US market

  • Entrepreneurial spirit is essential: A-Z organisation, self-motivated, responsible, pro-active, and ready to take ownership

  • Excellent storyteller with an attention to detail, adept at multi-tasking
