🎯 Your missions:

You will ensure that product development cycles are efficient and aligned with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and DESKi’s strategic goals, by:

• Strategic Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog with divers Stakeholers (clinical, business, product, etc..) to focus on delivering value, technical feasibility, regulatory compliance, and the strategic goals.

• Product Development: Facilitate and manage our product development including AI features, contributing to a measurable improvement in diagnostic accuracy or operational efficiency within the first year.

• Cross-functional Team Leadership: Enhance collaboration and communication among the CPO, Product Designer, Test Engineer, Development Team, and AI Team ensuring agile and cohesive product development efforts.

• Compliance and Innovation: Navigate product development within the medical device regulatory landscape (e.g., FDA, CE mark requirements) while fostering innovation, especially in applying AI to healthcare challenges.

• Agile Process Excellence: Implement and refine Agile methodologies to improve team productivity and product quality, ensuring flexible, fast-paced, and focused project management

⚡ We will match if you have:

• Advanced skills in Agile project management tools, especially Jira.

• Solid understanding of software development and project management principles.

• Communication and Leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams and exchange with stakeholders

• Experience or familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies, particularly as applied to product development in healthcare.

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards for medical devices (ISO 13485, IEC 62304, etc.) or similar regulatory environment
