Our Value Chain Referencing team is looking for a Digital Product Manager - Supply Settings and partners based in Paris or Lille.

The Value Chain Referencing team is part of the Value Chain - Demand & assortment planning sub-domain, whose mission is to build, transform and maintain the company's supply processes in order to optimize the stock/availability equation in warehouses and stores.

We contribute in particular by optimizing the product offer, and by calculating the most accurate demand to optimize the quantity of product in our logistics network.

JOIN THE REFERENCING TEAM

You'll be joining the Value Chain Referencing team, a 40-strong team that manages a range of digital solutions for referencing products, services, settings and partners, then exposing the data to enable the various digital products in the Value Chain to buy, store and sell.

More specifically, we are looking for a Product Manager for one of Decathlon's key products: the "Supply Settings and partners" product, which enables us to manage the referencing of all organizational structures such as country openings, warehouses, suppliers, stores and other third parties. You will work on a daily basis with 3 software engineers and 3 support engineers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Build product strategy in line with user needs and corporate strategy (vision, OKR, etc.)
  • Managing the product backlog and coordinating delivery
  • Leading the various product rituals
  • Continuous improvement between run and build
  • Implementation and management of delivery indicators
  • Product budget monitoring

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED :

  • You have more than 3 years' experience in product management and SCRUM.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience of working with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Leadership to federate the different skills of the product team
  • Organized
  • Appetence for Data subjects
  • Fluent in English
  • You are particularly sensitive to the impact of sports on your interpersonal and team values!
